    • Live preparation of a chocolate showpiece made of chocolate integrating a sculpted block of Valrhona dark chocolate and 6 desserts on a plate including chocolate

    Participation is open for all Saudi pastry chefs and Saudi residents working in Saudi Arabia for more than 5 years.
